🎨 Customization & Orders

How do I make sure I get the perfect size? 📏 Because all our apparel and pet accessories are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We highly recommend checking out the detailed size charts on every product page before checking out. Pro tip: If you are between sizes on our t-shirts or dog hoodies, size up for maximum comfort!

Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed? 🛑 We work fast to get your custom goodies into your hands! Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this speedy process, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted. Please double-check your sizes, colors, and shipping address before hitting that checkout button!

What kind of products do you offer? 🛍️ We specialize in bringing joy to pet parents and their furbabies! You’ll find custom-printed apparel, quirky mugs, and stylish tumblers for the humans, alongside vibrant pet accessories like ID tags, bandanas, and bowls for your four-legged best friends.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to make my items? 🛠️ Good things take a little time! We don't hold pre-printed stock. Every single item is made to order specifically for you. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, pack, and prepare your colorful new gear.

When will my order arrive? ✈️ Once your items are freshly printed and packed, shipping times depend on your location:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Local): 3 to 5 business days

  • 🇺🇸 United States (Local): 3 to 5 business days

  • 🇪🇺🇨🇦 Rest of Europe & Canada: 3 to 7 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days

Will I get a tracking number? 📍 Absolutely! We won't keep you guessing. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can stalk your package all the way to your doorstep.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

Can I return an item if I change my mind? 📦 Because every mug, shirt, tumbler, and pet accessory is custom-printed exclusively for you on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. We appreciate your understanding! ❤️

What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing error? 🛠️ Your happiness is our absolute priority! While we hold our production to high standards, mistakes occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you have a 14-day window from the day you receive your package to notify us.

Just send us a clear photo of the issue along with your order number, and we will get a free replacement sent your way as quickly as possible!

🧼 Product Care

How do I wash my custom-printed apparel? 👕 To keep those colors popping, we recommend turning your shirts and hoodies inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble dry on low, or hang dry for the longest life. Please don't iron directly on the printed design!

Are your mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe? ☕ Our ceramic mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe! For our stainless steel tumblers, we highly recommend hand-washing them to preserve the vibrant printed designs for years to come.
